Meet Dr. Grundstein is a board certified family physician with extensive training in preventive, nutritional and functional medicine.
She is a 1996 graduate of SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine and the University of Florida Family Practice Residency at the NBHD in 1999. She was the founding medical director of the Metro Dade Fire Fighter Wellness Center in 2001- 2010 and was an assistant clinical professor of Family Medicine at the University of Miami a Miller School of Medicine during that time. She started her own practice at the Plantation Quantum Wellness Center in 2010.

Dr. Bruce Chiang, DC is a South Florida native who began his academic journey at Florida International University (FIU) before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree from Keiser University in 2023. His passion for chiropractic care was sparked at the age of 16 and has continued to grow, driven by a deep commitment to promoting movement, wellness, and a better quality of life for his patients.

Since beginning his practice in 2023, Dr. Chiang has focused on spinal adjustments and soft tissue therapy to help patients move better, feel better, and live more active lives. He believes that “Movement is life”—a principle that guides his holistic, patient-centered approach.

My name is Dr. Alexandra I was born and raised in North Miami, Florida, with a passion for helping people achieve healthier, more active lives. After graduating from Keiser University with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree, I dedicated my career to providing personalized, patient-centered care focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and promoting long-term wellness.
