Meet Dr. Grundstein is a board certified family physician with extensive training in preventive, nutritional and functional medicine.
She is a 1996 graduate of SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine and the University of Florida Family Practice Residency at the NBHD in 1999. She was the founding medical director of the Metro Dade Fire Fighter Wellness Center in 2001- 2010 and was an assistant clinical professor of Family Medicine at the University of Miami a Miller School of Medicine during that time. She started her own practice at the Plantation Quantum Wellness Center in 2010.

I became a chiropractor because during a baseball game when I was 14 years old I had a collision at home plate and there was damage to spinal cord. Between all the doctors and specialists I went to, only one was able to help me and he was a sports chiropractor, once my playing career was over, I knew what I was going to be. So 15 years ago I did just that, my specialties are dealing with sports injuries. I also have extensive training with neuropathy, spinal decompression, specific muscle activation, and class IV robotic laser, my patients range from kids starting t-ball to professionals in the MLB. I have been blessed enough to take care of many professional athletes in many different sports. I’m also the primary physician for 4x state and national champions marjory stoneman douglas baseball team. I have a beautiful wife, two active boys who are 14 and 12 that keep my weekends full of travel baseball, and I wouldn’t have it any otherway.
